Event notification enables passengers to be constantly informed about unexpected events or usual everyday tasks thus they can plan their journey to the last minute.
The Telargo system brings passengers the possibility of being automatically notified via SMS message or e-mail in real-time. There are two different types of Event notifications to registered users:

Alerts
Passengers can register for SMS or e-mail messages that are automatically sent to them in case of changes on their routes or unpredictable natural disasters: Route changes, Schedule deviations, Tornados, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, etc.

Reminders
Passengers can register for SMS messages that are automatically sent to them to remind them of routine daily tasks, such as when to leave home to be at the bus stop on time for their ride.
