On-Board Equipment
Telargo On-Board Unit has a four-button Keypad with functions for changing vehicle status, browsing usage information and customer applications. The display shows information including current toll charge with traveled distance, current month charge with traveled distance and credit balance. It also displays error notifications with sound alarm.

The equipment includes all standard communication options and expandability with other communication modules. The handling is simplified by visual and sound indicators and backup power source that provides constant activity.

The Telargo toll charging module optimizes intelligent client approach and supports all major types of charging schemes (distance, location, link-based, congestions, cordon, area and time-based toll)

Driven kilometers are precisely recorded by set standards and this data is stored and managed under required charge scheme and according to legal and technological requirements.

The collected and properly stored data enables many possible applications for wide variety of users, including enforcement departments, government and municipal traffic related institutions, etc.
