The objective of Service Implementation is to successfully and seamlessly implement Telargo services into the operations of the client.
During Service Implementation many crucial decisions are made, such as analysis of the client’s requirements and appropriate data structure, pre-installation decisions and definition of installation schedule, client computer systems analysis and integration discussions, and preparation of schedule to perform the necessary client education on how to use Telargo services and products. Implementation consists of the following steps:

Telargo’s Client Services is very aware that our implementation, timing and approach must mesh with the Client's business planning processes.
The following example is for very large company, with wide distribution of operations and assets – so a phased deployment is recommended. Smaller clients require a similar yet, less extended process.
