Telargo utilizes a
“Train the Trainer” approach to train your company’s assigned employees. Our approach consists of direct face-to-face training sessions and one-on-one support to
give your employees the skills and resources to become your internal “Subject Matter Expert” on the Telargo System and Service. This approach allows your company to be able to quickly benefit from the Telargo System through a direct and intensive knowledge transfer forum. The on-going support augments the initial training allowing your company to gain the longer term benefits of our enhanced GPS solution.
Face-to-face Training
Each course is outline to offer step by step and interactive instructions on the subject matter. Every participant benefits from hands on use of the System in a real-time environment. These face-to-face training sessions are scheduled to provide you with the information you need to gain the greatest value from Telargo Service.
One-on-one Training Support
Beyond our included, “Train the Trainer” sessions, we offer on-going support throughout the term of your company’s Telargo contract. These sessions may include; one-on-one, over the phone support or web based sessions with a live trainer. As each and every company’s service package may differ, these sessions are arranged on an as needed basis, but may be limited during the term of your individual agreement.

Telargo offers a comprehensive selection of training programs, including a basic Control Center and Bus Center base training courses, Administrative User training courses and specialized programs for various Integration efforts. Training content and duration depends on the provided solution scope and the level that users need to interact with the system, and Telargo will design optimized initial training courses based on your organizational requirements. These technical documents are personalized, are provided to you in PDF™ format and are included with your base subscription.
Custom Training – provided by Telargo Consultant Services Group (TCSG)
Telargo’s Training Consultant Services Group, offers counseling and development of specialized on training policy, training solution management and support. These sessions can be provided to your organization either online or on-site—for organizations that need additional support to continue to tailor material to their specific business processes.
