Automechanika is the biggest parts show in the world, at which international dealers buy from international manufacturers. More than half of all exhibitors will be in the Parts & Systems section. International parts manufacturers seek partners worldwide from trade and industry. Many suppliers show their products at Automechanika not just for the after-market but also for original equipment.Altogether at Automechanika 2006, more than 4,500 exhibitors will be making presentations on some 300,000 square metres of exhibition space. Thus, the leading international trade fair for the automobile sector will occupy almost the whole of Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre, i.e., a total of 20 floors in all nine halls and the Forum.
