Bogdan Pavlic, President, CEO
Bogdan Pavlic is an accomplished business executive with over 15 years of experience in the telemetry, wireless and automotive industries. As Telargo’s President and CEO, Bogdan is responsible for managing Telargo’s day-to-day operations while creating and implementing the company’s product strategy. Under Bogdan’s leadership, Telargo continues to grow and distinguish itself as a leader in the field of mobile asset management. The company transformed from an R&D venture into a successful services company. As a key member of the National Council of Telecommunications, Bogdan provided technology counsel and advice to the Slovenian government while it was in the process of becoming an EU member. he attended the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree.
Rajan S. Mathews, CFO, Vice President
Rajan Mathews possesses over 15 years experience managing financial and administrative responsibilities for a variety of leading communications companies. As CFO and VP of Telargo, Rajan oversees all of the company’s Financial, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Administrative and Human Resource functions. Prior to joining Telargo, Rajan served as President of Telephone Systems International, where he built out Afghanistan’s largest GSM network in less than a year and helped the company achieve profitability. Prior to Telephone Systems International, Rajan served as VP and CFO of Call Sciences Inc., a premier provider of Unified Communications Services. In this role, Rajan was responsible for rising over $50 million dollars in private equity and executing several key business acquisitions and divestures. Immediately before this, at AT&T Wireless, Rajan held a number of executive leadership positions, including Divisional CFO, Corporate Controller, President and CEO of one if its largest joint ventures. Earlier in his career, Rajan was a senior consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Rajan sits on the board of several community non-profit organizations. He earned both his Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees from Rutgers University and he is a CPA from the State of New Jersey.
Rado Skender, Managing Director, EMEA
As Managing Director EMEA, Rado Skender oversees the day-to-day operations of Telargo’s European subsidiary in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Previously, Rado served as Business Development Director at Telargo Inc. In this role he enhanced Telargo’s sales network by developing strategic partnerships with leading technology companies and service providers. Rado also worked to bridge the gap between customer needs and the Telargo development team while leading strategic initiatives and new projects. Before joining Telargo, Rado served as Head of Asian Operations as well as Country Manager for a european technology company. Earlier in his career, Rado worked for a market consultancy firm in Japan.
Roger L. Hill, Vice President of Global Operations for Telargo
He brings more than 27 years of engineering, operations, and field deployments expertise to Telargo's senior management team. Roger Telargo team heads up 4 key functional areas: Implementation Services, Project Management, Material Management, and Customer Service. His departments will lead the entire range of service delivery to include: finding, training and certifying 3rd party installers nationwide; installing TMU's in the customer vehicle, conducting repairs and upgrades to installations; conducting Pilot deployments, 2nd level engineering support, and engineering TMU installation methods; shipping & receiving, warehousing, and controlling all materials; providing all phases of customer care by taking customer calls, providing trouble shooting, providing technical escalation and resolving customer issues.
Prior to joining Telargo, Roger held vice president positions at other companies including most recently Loral Skynet, GE, and leading technology start-ups. Prior to this Roger oversaw the deployments of large-scale satellite network deployments both domestically and internationally and ran 24x7 operations centers.
Roger has a bachelor's of science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University. Roger has completed numerous management training courses including the GE Six Sigma training and earned a Greenbelt certification.
